Gluten Free Traveller

I'm a freelance dance filmmaker in my working life. I've been leading a gluten free existance for 4 years, my father has the same condition and although neither of us are diagnosed celiacs we both follow a strict gluten free diet to avoid illness.

 

I have always wanted to travel, but due to time and money I haven't managed it until now. I've recently had a couple of trips to Asia where I experienced some phenomenal food and met some wonderful people.
